Bill Todd will be seated as the Alumni Association chair.

A slate of exemplary men and women has been assembled to serve the Alumni Association and the Institute during 2008-09.

William J. Todd, IM 71, president of the Georgia Cancer Coalition, will assume the helm of the Alumni Association as chair. Chair-elect/finance will be Joseph W. Evans, IM 71, managing principal of Bankers' Capital Group LLC. Vice chair for Roll Call will be Al Trujillo.

Rounding out the executive committee as members at large will be Scott Jennings, ME 89, senior director of Client Services for Holder Construction Co.; LeShelle May, MS OR 89, a senior systems software developer for CNN; and Ed Underwood, IE 71, the retired chief executive officer of Arcapita Investments.

Current leader Meade Sutterfield, EE 72, will continue to serve on the executive committee as immediate past chair.

Nominated to serve on the board of trustees are Marc Corsini, IM 80, president of Corsini Consulting Group LLC; Tracey Countryman, IM 98, an executive senior manager with Accenture; Steven Cover, Arch 78, M Arch 81, M CP 81, commissioner of the city of Atlanta's Department of Planning and Community Development; and Marian Epps, IM 83, chief financial officer for Epps Aviation.

Also nominated are Angela Fox, EE 91, president and CEO of the Crystal City Business Improvement District; John Lewis Jr., IM 79, president and owner of Capital Lighting Fixture Co.; Wanda Murray, HS 82, a periodic consultant and full-time mother; Troy Rice, IE 01, manager of Supplier Performance for Florida Power & Light; Victoria Selfridge, IE 96, director of marketing and e-commerce for Ent Federal Credit Union; Rush Smith, Phys 72, a partner in Hall, Booth, Smith & Slover PC; Bob Stargel, EE 82, vice president of Global Nonwovens in the Kimberly-Clark Corp.; and Jeb Stewart, Cls 91, chairman of the board and chief executive officer of SciHealth Holdings Inc.
