Legislative Network

The Georgia Tech Alumni Association Legislative Network is composed of alumni, students and friends of the Georgia Institute of Technology who volunteer their time to serve as advocates for Georgia Tech. Created in 1985, the Network builds relationships with state decision makers in order to develop greater appreciation and support for Georgia Tech.

MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION

Join the Network/Update Your Contact Information
As a member of the Legislative Network, you have an opportunity to help Georgia Tech realize its goals by serving as a key link between the Institute and state government officials. Members are asked to contact their legislators throughout the year by writing, calling or meeting with their assigned legislative member. In addition, members are invited to Georgia Tech functions when key legislators or other government officials are in attendance.

Members meet annually in the late fall (usually prior to a home football game) for a briefing on Georgia Tech priorities and to plan the Network strategy for the upcoming legislative session.
