Spend time in Boston and see Boston Commons, Old North Church, Beacon Hill, and the ship “Old Ironsides.” Travel to Plimoth Plantation, a re-creation of the Pilgrim’s 1627 village and learn of the journey that brought the pilgrims to the New World some 400 years ago with a visit to the Mayflower II, the 1620 ship reproduction. Enjoy a ferry ride to Martha’s Vineyard for a tour of the island to see Victorian cottages, pristine beaches, and colorful harbors. Along the Cape Cod National Seashore explore a traditional cranberry bog and learn about harvesting this famous fruit.
