Student Ambassadors provide personalized campus tours to alumni, prospective legacy students, and guests of the Institute.
Please be aware of the following conditions for request approval:
- Requests must be made at least 10 days prior to the tour's requested date and are subject to student availability.
- Ambassadors do not accommodate tours for K-12 student groups, high school students who do not have a prior connection to Georgia Tech, or large groups exceeding 30 individuals. The Office of Undergraduate Admission offers tours in a variety of formats to prospective first-year and transfer students, and more information can be found here. Ambassadors will be unavailable to lead tours or host events from December 4, 2025 through January 11, 2026 due to Winter Break. Ambassador Roles and Responsibilities include:
- Tailored campus tours for the aforementioned parties.
- Lead walking, golf cart, and small bus (30 passengers and under) tours. *Please note that golf cart use is subject to availability and both golf cart and bus transportation must be arranged by the requestor.
